Born and raised in Los Gatos, California, Brian Flack attended Blossom Hill Elementary, Raymond J. Fisher Middle, and Los Gatos High schools. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a minor in business. He is a second-generation resident, with his parents migrating from Gary, Indiana, and New York, New York. Brian has been living in the Bay Area most of his life and began his sales career here in Silicon Valley. Later, as a tech manager, Brian learned the value of teamwork, combining differing talents and skillsets to accomplish substantial goals.

 

Upon joining Coldwell Banker Los Gatos, Brian has been able to collaborate with the area's greatest real estate agents, cultivating skills and talents through successful real estate transactions. Clients should expect dedicated service and focused attention. With outstanding communication skills, Brian endeavors to stay in sync with clients throughout his real estate transactions. Brian is a great listener with a unique ability to identify needs and address them. He always strives to obtain the best possible results for his clients. Brian has up-to-date knowledge of real estate throughout the Silicon Valley, with a special focus on the Los Gatos/Monte Sereno market.

 

His ability to determine the right value for a home comes from years of working with home values and continuous market analysis. When it's time to list a property on the market, sellers can expect Brian to bring in the highest possible price for their home with the most favorable terms possible. Brian Flack is a NAR member, licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, and is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS®. He believes in giving back to his community, supporting local businesses, schools, and organizations. Brian's interests include hiking, biking, animals, scuba diving, surfing, swimming, basketball, football, and cooking! Brian has three young children, attending Los Gatos schools and participating in local sports and activities. He loves supporting his local community and schools.
